At Vhumbanani, we’ve created a flat management structure which empowers our staff to take responsibility and to act on their initiative. As a result we’re highly flexible and very quick to take action. Our unique business model shows that the administration of Body Corporate, Section 21 Companies (Home Owner Associations) and Retirement Villages, does not mean “just collecting the levies and paying creditors”.
We have extensive experience in New Development in Sectional Title and Home Owners / Section 21 Estates.
